Bandits responsible for attacking a Train in Kaduna last week have released the Managing Director of Bank of Agriculture, Alwan Hassan.
POLITICS NIGERIA earlier reported that daredevil bandits on March 28 attacked the train on the Abuja-Kaduna train service with explosives. After derailing the train, the bandits proceeded to kidnap some passengers among which was Hassan.
On Wednesday evening, his daughter, Asma, in a message to newsmen confirmed the release of her father.
The Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC) disclosed in a recent statement that the whereabouts of over 168 passengers is still unknown. At least eight people were killed in the attack
