BREAKING: Supreme Court Reserves Judgment on Labour Party Appeal Against Tinubu’s Election Victory

The Supreme Court, Nigeria’s apex court, has reserved judgment on the appeal filed by the Labour Party (LP) challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu.

The LP’s appeal is based on a number of grounds, including allegations of electoral fraud and irregularities.

The seven-member panel of the apex court is led by Justice John Okoro.

Other members of the panel are Justices Uwani Abba-Aji, Mohammed Lawal Garba, Adamu Jauro, Ibrahim Saulawa, Tijani Abubakar and Emmanuel Agim.

The panel, after listening to the submissions of the parties involved in the matter, said the judgment date would be communicated to them.
