Hajiya Murja Mangal, mother of the founder of Max Air, Dahiru Mangal has died, POLITICS NIGERIA reports.
Hajiya Mangal died on Thursday night after a brief illness. She was eighty five years old.
A source privy to the incident disclosed that she will be laid to rest according to Islamic rites after Friday Juma’at prayer, later today.
Alhaji Dahiru Barau Mangal, from Katsina State, is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Afdin Group of companies Nigeria Limited, Max Air Limited, Katsina Dyeing and Printing Textiles Limited.
He is a renowned philanthropist offering help and support to students, people with disabilities and internally displaced persons affected by conflict in Nigeria.
He also distributes food in the northern part of Nigeria including Katsina, Kano, Kaduna and villages on daily basis.
