The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has also released the final list of candidates for the Bayelsa governorship election. The 2019 gubernatorial poll is scheduled to hold November 16, 2019, across the state.
In the final breakdown released on Monday, 45 candidates/parties are contesting for the Bayelsa number one seat. Out of the forty-five (45), forty-two (42) are males while the female candidates are just three (3).
For the age, the oldest contestant is 70 years (male), while the youngest is 35 (seven candidates).
