A bid by the Kogi State government to build an International Airport in Zariagi has been approved.
The Federal Government through the Ministry of Aviation and Aerospace Development gave the approval to the Kogi State government.
Making the disclosure, the state’s commissioner for information and communication, Kingsley Fanwo said the approval was contained in a letter by the ministry dated October 9, 2024.
According to Fanwo, the present administration led by Governor Usman Ododo is committed to a timely completion of the airport.
