The Labour Party (LP) has withdrawn its petition against the election of Rivers State governor, Sim Fubara, in March 2023.
Fubara was Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for Rivers in the last election.
The party’s governorship candidate, Beatrice Itubo, also pledged to support Governor Fubara’s government for the progress of Rivers State.
