Another Coronavirus patient, a female, has been discharged by the Lagos State Government after she tested negative to the disease twice.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu disclosed in a series of tweets via his Twitter handle on Tuesday.
The governor added that the total number of patients who have recovered from the disease in the state is now 32.
Sanwo-Olu noted that out of 120 confirmed cases in the state, 32 had now been discharged, two evacuated, two dead and 84 active cases.
He wrote: “Dear Lagosians, I announce with immense joy, the discharge of another patient (a female) who has fully recovered from our facility at Yaba.
“This brings to 32, the number of patients we have successfully managed and discharged in Lagos.
“I look forward to sharing more great news in the coming days. This is indicative of the successes we are recording in our offensive against COVID-19. We are resolute in our resolve, we have the upper hand, we are winning and victory is surely ours.”
