Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA have arrested a wanted community leader and Sarkin Yamma of Badagry, Alhaji Bashir Mohammed Talba.
NDLEA Spokesman, Femi Babafemi announced the arrest of Talba in a statement on Sunday afternoon.
He said the community leader was picked up on Friday 27th September, 2024.
Babafemi said the arrest of the community leader followed the arrest of his two wives – Hauwa and Asma’u and son, Sadat.
According to the NDLEA spokesman, operatives seized a total of 226.2kg of cannabis at their homes in Badagry.
