Some Nigerians on social media have called for the prosecution of Mmesoma Joy Ejikeme.
This follows the revelation that the teenager confessed that she manipulated her JAMB scores.
Members of the panel set up by Anambra State Government to unravel the truth about her Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME result revealed that she admitted before them that she forged the result without the knowledge and assistance of anybody.
As a result of this, some Nigerians are now calling for her prosecution since she is already 19 and no longer a minor.

“I believed her when she said “the authority should have done with investigation first before going and announced that she manipulated her own result” that is exactly why I started to believe her claims but that she was found guilty, she should be persecuted and dealt with.”
Oduntan Babatunde also said:
“Where are the people blaming JAMB and defending the offender? We should discourage this act. I will implore the JAMB body to forgive her. But it’s not only her that planned and did it, others were involved.”
Baba Gomna wrote:
“Imagine if this girl was able to scale through with that criminality and tomorrow occupy a very big sensitive position, what do you think would happen? It’s only God that will save us in this country.”

“She Should face the consequences according to JAMB provisions and Nigeria constitution regardless of her age. Kudos to JAMB. I wish INEC would prove their integrity like JAMB.”

“Now that she has finally agree. Where are those defending her initially. We have since sense that she was lying in that video she made, I said it, she was not showing a true form of remorse. Bigotry has beclouded some of una emotions, every issues has to be swept under tribal sentiment. What a total and a national disgrace!”
