The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, has announced plans to embark on a nationwide protest on Wednesday over an alleged attempt by some members of the National Assembly to remove the Minimum Wage from the Exclusive Legislative List.
The development was grossly condemned by the group and its allies.
According to a statement issued by the Congress on Tuesday in Abuja, Mobilisation for the protest will begin from Unity Fountain, Abuja at 7 am to the national Assembly Complex.
