The Governor of Ondo State, Rotimi Akeredolu has tested positive for the dreaded COVID-19 Virus.
POLITICS NIGERIA just gathered that Akeredolu, who is currently contesting for a second term in office tested positive shortly after treating Malaria.
Disclosing his condition, He issued the statement below on social media;
Earlier today, I got confirmation of a positive result for Covid-19.
“I am asymptomatic and not displaying any symptoms.”
“I am currently self-isolating and supervised home management will be administered by the wonderful team at our Infectious Disease Hospital.”
