The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) has confirmed six new cases of coronavirus in Osun State, bringing the number of confirmed cases of the virus in Nigeria to 190.
In a series of tweets on its Twitter handle, @NCDCGov, the center said Osun now has 20 cases, while FCT has 38 and Lagos, the epicenter of the disease, has 98.
The health agency added that twenty patients have been discharged and two deaths have been recorded.
It wrote: “Six new cases of #COVID19 have been reported in Osun State, Nigeria. As at 11:00 am 3rd April there are 190 confirmed cases of #COVID19 reported in Nigeria. Twenty have been discharged with two deaths.”
