The Police in Kaduna State on Tuesday confirmed the abduction of a yet-to-be-ascertained number of students of St. Albert the Great Institute of Philosophy by Gunmen.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the school situated in Kagoma Chiefdom of Jema’a Local Government Area, is a seminary belonging to the Catholic Church.
According to multiple reports on Tuesday morning, the gunmen invaded the school on Monday night, shooting sporadically before taking away many students.
Reports are now saying the command’s Public Relations Officer (PRO), ASP Mohammed Jalige, has confirmed the development. Jalige was also reported to have added that investigations were ongoing and details would be made available later.
