Men of the Nigerian Army deployed for the governorship on election duty in Okene, Kogi State, have intercepted and arrested three ‘strange’ black colored security vehicles.
The arrest was made by soldiers that mounted a barricade at Itakpe Junction shortly before Okene main town.
