Former Secretary of state and Ex-First lady of the United States, Hillary Rodham Clinton has lampooned President Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Army over the shooting of #EndSARS protesters in Lagos.
Mrs. Clinton made the call via Twitter on Tuesday after footage of security agents shooting at the unarmed protesters went viral on social media.
