The Supreme Court of Nigeria has reserved judgment in the appeal filed by Atiku Abubakar challenging the election of President Bola Tinubu.
A seven-member panel of the apex court reserved judgment after parties in the appeal adopted their respective briefs of arguments on Monday.
Atiku is seeking President Tinubu’s disqualification on grounds of alleged forgery of his Chicago State University certificate.
The court, however, ruled that forgery allegations must be proven beyond reasonable doubt.
