An Abuja-Kaduna has derailed halfway to the Federal Capital Territory on Sunday, May 26.
The train with dozens of passengers on board departed Kaduna around 8:05am but derailed at Jere about an hour later.

It was gathered that efforts are being made to repair the train, with about three carriages off the tracks.
