The presidential election petition tribunal, at the Court of Appeal in Abuja, has announced an adjournment in the case filed by Peter Obi against the electoral triumph of President-elect Bola Tinubu.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the tribunal, consisting of five distinguished members led by Justice Haruna Tsammani, made this decision after an intense session on Saturday.
Obi, who vied for the presidency under the Labour Party, is vehemently contesting Tinubu’s victory in the February 25, 2023 election, where the latter represented the All Progressives Congress (APC).
