The Presidential Election Petition Tribunal will deliver its judgment on the election petition filed by Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) against Bola Tinubu of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Wednesday, September 6, 2023.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the petitions challenge the election of Tinubu as president of the country.
The petitioners alleged that there were widespread irregularities and malpractices in the election, which they said affected the outcome of the vote.
The tribunal is expected to issue its judgment on Wednesday, September 6, 2023, according to Sahara Reporters.
The Tribunal in May had merged the petitions submitted by the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party and Peter Obi of the Labour Party.
It also reserved judgment on the petitions.
The court had last week denied that it had fixed September 16 for the judgment.
Let justice prevail, all eyes on judiciary.
If announcing the winner of the just concluded presidential election would bring out chaos or war on the street nor lead to military coup I suggest the announcement should still lay low for a while ️️
P.E.P.T. should declare PETER OBI the rightful winner because he got the highest vote cast during the election before tinubu,APC,wike change the result
Are you the Court giving the judgement? Definitely, any decision outside declaration of Obi is not justice to you. Open your mind brother. Don’t hike your blood pressure. Even if Obi loose he will not kill himself, just take things easy.
The will of God and the people must prevail.
Bro, the election was not just concluded, it’s almost 7months now, the country is in chaos, it just survived an 8years of chaos, and heading towards another 8years of chaos, the fear of the unknown has kept us in chains ⛓️ for years, if the war is now let’s fight it. Remember we are not fighting against flesh and blood but powers in high places
By the outcome of the Presidential Election Tribunal, Nigerians will know whether our votes count or election in Nigeria is a show of political abracadabra!
LET GOD DELIVER HIS PEOPLE AND THE POOR NIGERIAN MASSESFROM ALL THESE SUFFERINGS FROM THE RULING CLASS
No matter which side the balance swings to. I believe God has the final say. Justice or not the out come determines the future of Nigeria.p
Let the will of God prevail.
In Nigeria we don’t use to judge against does with power, to me Atiku Abubakar and Obi should be patient and look forward to 2027 general elections because this government possible will not last for more than 4 years.
I urge the fellow Nigeria’s to be calm and pray for all heardship we are in may come past.
2027, Nigeria was not created to be ruled by aged people
Which grantee that after this animal finish even in 8years that they will still not bring another ancestor against the will of the pple again to come on bored
Let justice be done
It will be a miscarriage of Justice to declare as a winner a man who claimed he won but could not tell the court specifically the number of votes he got and the margin with which he won.
Court don’t base their judgement on sentiment and emotional blackmail but on facts and figures.
You are out of sense
It is my prayer that God delivers nigeria from the hands of the devil through the judiciary delivering an uninflunced judgement
