Fresh Information reaching the POLITICS NIGERIA news-desk on Friday afternoon reveals that two people have been killed in Ekwulobia, Anambra state following an attack by Unknown Gunmen.
Eyewitness reports reveal that some officers of the Department of State Security, DSS were shot dead after their patrol van was riddled with bullets by the gunmen.
Although, the motive of the attack is not yet clear, footage made available to this newspaper indicates that the attack was sudden and a heavy shootout ensued.
The South-East has been plagued with Insecurity over the past few months as suspected members of the Eastern Security Network, a militia arm of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB have been clashing with security agencies leading to several deaths.
The Proscribed IPOB group has since threatened that the upcoming Anambra State Elections will not hold.

Did you people see that corpse. Imagine what it takes to have a child, let alone the training and the joy of seeing such a child grow up to a grown up man like that one killed. Nigeria is truly filled with wickedness that is the reason behind the lawlessness going on everywhere. This country is under God’s curse. No amount of security efforts or President’s intervention will stop this carnage. Stop blaming the President.
