2023 Presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore, on Saturday said President Muhammadu Buhari ‘must pay for his crimes against humanity’.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Sowore, in a Twitter post, said Buhari’s “atrocities” will fish him out.
The AAC candidate was reacting to Buhari’s statement where the president said he will move to Niger Republic of he gets disturbed in Daura, Katsina State.
Buhari had said he would leave for neighbouring Niger Republic after handing over as President if he is not able to get enough rest in Daura, his home town in Katsina State.
Buhari said this while addressing guests who came to celebrate with him on the occasion of the Sallah Day in at the State House on Friday, April 21.
Sowore said: “President @Mbuhari, sorry, there will be no hiding place for the wicked. You must pay for your crimes against humanity. Till the end of time, your atrocities will fish you out. It doesn’t matter how long it takes, it won’t matter where you hide, you will answer for your crimes.”
