Kashamu’s remains arrive Ijebu-Igbo for burial [VIDEO]

The remains of the lawmaker who represented Ogun East Senatorial district at the National Assembly, Senator Buruji Kashamu, has arrived at his home town, Ijebu-Igbo for burial.

It was widely reported that the former Senator died on Saturday at the First Cardiology Consultants in Lagos following COVID-19 complications.

The former governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) will be buried today, Sunday, by 12 noon according to Islamic rites. He will be buried at his residence, Egbe quarters, Oke-Sopen, Ijebu-Igbo, Ogun State.
