A Lagos magistrate court on Tuesday dismissed the car theft case against Azeez Fashola.
Fashola, a musician of note, was charged alongside three other defendants over an incident that occurred in December 2019.
The judge dismissed the case after the parties involved made an out-of-court settlement.
