President Bola Tinubu has urged the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom to always ignore naysayers while discharging his duties.
Speaking at the commissioning of the rehabilitated International Conference Centre in Abuja on Tuesday, the president said Wike should continue with his hard work and committment to leadership.
He also described the Minister as a determined leader who has shown capacity in any task handed to him.
He also described Wike as a transformational leader worthy of emulation by all.
“Don’t pay attention to the busybodies and the bystanders, whatever they say, continue with your good work.
“You’re a transformational leader, you’re the foresight and determination to succeed,” Tinubu said.
The International Conference Centre was commissioned to be rehabilitated by the FCT Administration.
Following its completion, the president is currently commissioning the facility in Nigeria’s capital city.
This particular project is among a litany of road works, bridges and buildings set to be commissioned by the president during the course of this month.
