Opposition Talks: Atiku Meets El-Rufai in Abuja [PHOTOS]

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, accompanied by Alhaji Musa Halilu (Dujima Adamawa), on Tuesday evening visited former Kaduna State Governor Mallam Nasir El-Rufai at his residence in Abuja.

The meeting comes amid mounting speculation over a possible opposition coalition ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Atiku, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has been at the forefront of consultations aimed at building a united front with other opposition leaders, including Labour Party’s 2023 presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and El-Rufai himself.

El-Rufai had, while speaking on the ongoing deliberations, stated that the objective of the coalition would be to ensure that President Bola Tinubu loses his bid for re-election in the 2027 presidential election.

  1. In this condition of our youth, a necessary action have to be undertaken other wise,the education system will continue to collapse.
    Necessarily, e examination must be encouraging; in which every student must know how to operate computer and should study harder in such a way that they can defend their stand of which examination they say for.
    Moreover, the education system of nowadays, seems to be just a cobwebs more likely than a snail without its shell.
    The examination body have to be very concious and concerned of the external observers; they are very corrupt.
