A Former President of the United States of America, Bill Clinton has reacted to the recent shooting of unarmed #EndSARS protesters by Security agents on Tuesday evening.
Clinton, in a statement via social media, called on the Nigerian Government to dialogue with the protesters expressing deep concerns over reports of violence in lagos.
“I am deeply concerned over reports of violence in Lagos and urge the Nigerian government to engage in peaceful dialogue with the #EndSARS protestors for police reform and an end to corruption.” he tweeted.
His comments are coming hours after his wife, Hillary, a former US Secretary of state, attacked President Muhammadu Buhari warning him to stop killing peaceful protesters.
