Joe Igbokwe, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) on Friday said his loyalty to the ruling party is being tested at the moment.
Igbokwe’s statement follows Thursday’s defection of Femi Fani-Kayode, a former Aviation Minister, from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the APC.
Igbokwe had earlier lamented that despite his efforts to further make APC formidable, he has never been given ‘a red carpet treatment’ by APC at national level.
In a Facebook post on his known page on Friday, Igbokwe said that he is expressing his thoughts “for thousands that have been slaving for the party since 2013 after the merger of the legacy parties”.
“I pray that your loyalty will not be tested at a time like this, the way mine is being tested at the moment,” Igbokwe wrote.
You are only ranting they know you already what you are doing is stomach infrastructure not politics you can sale your brother’s for money make no mistake every member of APC knows how dangerous you are and when to use you as a tool or an attack dog please don’t decieve your self onye anaedo you are finished already.
