Full list of Rivers State House of Assembly members

Twenty-seven members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, on Monday, defected from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to the All Progressives Congress (APC).

Politics Nigeria reports that the lawmakers are loyalists of the FCT minister, Nyesom Wike.

Most political watchers have described today’s move as an offshoot of the tussle between Rivers governor, Sim Fubara and his political godfather, Wike.
