Viral videos showing the aftermath of the exhumation of late Ilerioluwa Promise Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad, have stirred speculations about his death.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the videos show a pool of blood where the late songwriter’s head was placed in the coffin. Witnesses, who were shocked and grief-stricken, lamented that he was buried alive. They also claim that the absence of odour confirms their conviction. They also insist that Mohbad’s father must have known he was alive, which is why he was adamant on burying his body within 24 hours after he died.
However, some have countered the claims, arguing that blood is a normal part of the decomposition process that a dead body goes through.
The police have said that they are investigating the matter.
