I’m Back to Restructure Osun APC – Aregbesola

Former Minister of Interior, Rauf Aregbesola, says he is set to restructure the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Osun state.

Aregbesola, who was a two-term governor of the state, stressed that he did not offend anybody and also sought forgiveness from persons who felt aggrieved his actions.

The politician made the remarks during a welcome back reception organised in his honour by when residents of the state and members of the Osun APC.

During the homecoming event at the Nelson Mandela Freedom Park, Osogbo, Aregbesola lamented the poor management of the party in the state.

Aregbesola recalled that in 2019, he appealed for the unity of the members of the party warning that failure to unite diverse interest groups within the party would have adverse effects on the APC.

Aregbesola later paid visits to the Ataoja of Osogbo land, Oba Jimoh Olanipekun Oyetunji and Owa Obokun of Ijesaland, Oba Gabriel Adekunle Aromalaran, where he presented his scorecards as a minister.
