Drug Bust: Don’t blame IPOB, Carry Your Cross – Ex-Presidential Aspirant fires Abba Kyari

A former presidential aspirant on the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC and Tech Entrepreneur, Adamu Garba, has advised embattled police chief, DCP Abba Kyari to stop blaming the Indigenous people of Biafra, IPOB, over his current travails.

POLITICS NIGERIA earlier reported that Kyari told a panel setup to investigate him over his alleged ties to disgraced fraudster, Ramon Olorunwa Abass also known as ‘Hushpuppi’, that IPOB was out to destroy him.

He told the panel that the allegations against him were being propagated by members of the group and the Eastern Security Network, ESN because of his onslaught against them in the South-East.

Reacting to the development via a statement on his Facebook Page, Garba criticised the former top cop stating that he ‘should carry his cross’.

He wrote; “Abba Kyari should stop blaming IPOB or ESN even though we know who they are, but he should carry his cross because he acted as a common criminal and should be treated like one.”

Kyari is currently in the custody of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA for a separate crime.

The agency arrested him and 4 others for Cocaine Trafficking.

  1. The problem is not Abba Kyari, but the unfortunate IGP Baba who is shading him from extradition. In a civilized society, IGP ought to have resigned by now. Is a shame that IGP Baba is heading a corrupt system, a suspended Kyari operating IRT with the knowledge and backing of IGP.

  2. If you all must know Aba Kiyari must not go down because if he his going down a lot of people he will go down with and this people run the goverment

  3. The elder statesman , PAPA EDWIN CLARK has said it all.it is only fair for The south east to produce Nigeria’s next president, come 2023 .
