One of Nigeria’s Nollywood superstar, Omotola Jalade- Ekeinde, has been infected with the dreaded Coronavirus (COVID-19).
She made this known in a post via her social media platforms on Saturday. According to the screen diva, she has been in isolation and has been receiving treatment.
She wrote, “Hello all, I know you must have been wondering where I’ve been. Well, I contracted COVID. I have been ill, in isolation and now getting better.”
Also, the actress expressed worry over the cases of containers crushing Lagosians to death and called on Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu to address the situation.
“I have been reading the devastating news of how our youths are needlessly dying and getting crushed by trailers/containers! This is disheartening and has made my heart really troubled! This can happen to anyone and enforcements can’t be taken lightly on this. Gov @jidesanwoolu!!! Please, do something!” she added.
