The former governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello is currently in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Politics Nigeria gathered that Bello for the second time honoured the invitation of the anti-graft agency on Tuesday, November 26.
Bello is at the EFCC office over allegations of misappropriation of funds belonging to the Kogi State Government.
He arrived at the office of the commission alongside his lawyers.
The former governor drove himself in a black Hilux with his lawyers into the premises of the EFCC.
The visit by Bello follows a Supreme Court judgment which dismissed states’ case on the constitutionality of the anti-graft agency.
