The All Progressives Congress, APC has begun moves to fully reconcile warring factions of the ruling party.
It will be recalled that the party was thrown into full-blown crisis after Edo state governor, Godwin Obaseki defected to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP after he was disqualified from contesting for a second term by the party.
POLITICS NIGERIA gathered on Thursday that Yobe state Governor and Chairman APC Caretaker/Extraordinary convention Committee, Hon. Mai Mala Buni in the company of governors of Niger state Alh. Abubakar S. Bello, Kebbi state Alh. Abubakar Bagudu, Osun state Chief Gboyega Oyetola and National Secretary of the party Sen. John Akpan visited Chief Bisi Akande in Ila Orangun, Osun State.
A very friendly atmosphere here, as discussions are ongoing with expectations of a fruitful outcome.
