Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar, 2023 Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi, Kaduna State Governor Nasir El‑Rufai, and other leading figures arrived in Daura on Wednesday to console the family of late President Muhammadu Buhari, who was buried in his hometown yesterday .
Atiku, El-Rufai and others held prayers at the graveyard of the former Nigerian leader.
Peter Obi, who had previously expressed his condolences on social media, joined other dignitaries and met with the family of the deceased.
