Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State on Tuesday met behind closed door with the former Jigawa state governor, Alhaji Sule Lamido.
POLITICS NIGERIA gathered that the two politicians met at Lamido’s residence in Bamaina village, Birninkudu local government in Jigawa State. This newspaper learned that Mohammed arrived at Lamido’s residence around 12:00 pm with his entourage.
Lamido received his guests who were accompanied by the Jigawa state PDP chairman, former members of the House of Representative, Secretary to the State Government, Commissioners, Local Government Council’s Chairmen during Lamido’s time.
The meeting may not be unconnected with the People Democratic Party (PDP) congresses and elections of the party (PDP) executive members and 2023 general elections.
