The senator representing Sokoto South at the senate, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal, has celebrated Bishop David Oyedepo on the occasion of his 70th birthday anniversary today, September 27, 2024.
Tambuwal, in a statement on his official X handle, described Bishop Oyedepo as a “visionary leader.”
He said the clergyman’s visionary leadership continues to inspire millions.
The former Sokoto governor argued that Oyedepo, as a prominent religious figure, has greatly influenced not only the global faith community but also the field of education.
“Covenant University and Landmark University, under his guidance, have achieved international recognition, the senator said.
“His ambitious projects, including the Dominion Publishing House, Faith Tabernacle, and the ongoing The Ark, are testament to his unwavering commitment.
“As he enters this new chapter, we can only anticipate the continued impact of his work.”
He prayed to God to grant the man of God continued guidance, health, and strength.
