Veteran Journalist, Dele Momodu has confirmed the demise of Former Oyo governor, Abiola Ajimobi.
Momodu, who is the publisher of top magazine, Ovation, extended condolences to the family of Ajimobi confirming reports that the 70-year-old politician is gone.
Ajimobi fell into a coma after surgery to treat COVID-19 complications. He was on life-support until his death on Thursday evening.
Momodu wrote;

Nairabet founder and House of Reps member, Akin Alabi also confirmed the unfortunate incident. He tweeted “Forever in my heart” along with photographs of Ajimobi and himself.
