Under the new arrangement, Jude Chikadibia Okpor, who previously served as commissioner for information and state orientation, has been redeployed to the Ministry of Rural Development.
Aikeuwa Omebeh, former commissioner for rural development, now takes charge of the Ministry of Information and State Orientation.
Paul Awo Nwobasi, who served as commissioner for education (primary and secondary), has been assigned to the Ministry of Border Peace and Conflict Resolution.
Donatus Ilang, previously in charge of border peace and conflict resolution, is now the new commissioner for education (primary and secondary).
Nwifuru charged the reassigned commissioners to inject renewed energy into their new roles and deliver measurable outcomes for the people of the state.
