POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the organisation made the announcement on Tuesday, outlining Osinbajo’s role in advancing clean energy deployment in emerging economies.
In this position, the organisation said Osinbajo will guide GEAPP and collaborate with governments to improve the enabling environment and effectiveness of clean energy investments.
Additionally, he will continue to champion Just Energy Transitions in Africa, focusing on expanding Africa’s involvement in the global carbon market through the Africa Carbon Markets Initiative (ACMI).
