Vice President Kashim Shettima has officially assumed his duties at the Vice President wing of the State House in Abuja.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that he arrived the venue on Tuesday at precisely 12:39 PM.
This comes just one day after his inauguration as Vice President alongside President Bola Tinubu at Eagles Square.
Addressing the State House Correspondents from his office, Vice President Shettima reiterated his and President Bola Tinubu’s unwavering dedication to enhancing the lives of the Nigerian people.
When questioned about the ongoing fuel scarcity resulting from the President’s announcement on subsidy removal during the inauguration ceremony on Monday, Mr. Shettima affirmed the President’s statement.
He assured the Nigerian people of better years ahead under the administration of Bola Tinubu.
