JUST IN: Nigerian Army reschedules recruitment exercise

The Nigerian Army has announced a major update regarding the 89 Regular Recruit Intake (89RRI) recruitment exercise.

In a newly released statement, authorities confirmed that the exercise has been rescheduled to take place from June 8 to June 21, 2025, as against the previously scheduled dates of June 2 to June 16, 2025.

All shortlisted candidates were advised to disregard the earlier schedule and prepare in line with the revised dates.

The Army also called on the general public to take note of this important change to avoid confusion or misinformation.

This development comes as the Nigerian Army continues its efforts to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

The RRI program is the Nigerian Army’s major entry point for enlisting able-bodied citizens into the force as non-commissioned officers.

The initiative began as part of efforts to maintain a strong and ready force through structured and periodic recruitment exercises.
