
A prominent Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) member in Pantami Ward, Gombe State, Alhaji Muhammad Bello Adamu, has officially resigned from the party to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
In a statement, Adamu said his decision was driven by personal conviction and a desire to make a meaningful contribution to Nigeria’s democratic process.
“I have decided to take a new political direction by joining the African Democratic Congress (ADC).
“This decision is based on personal conviction and my desire to continue contributing meaningfully to our democratic thoughts on a new platform,” he said.
Adamu, popularly known as Cikasoro, thanked the PDP for the experiences and opportunities he gained while a member of the party.
“This decision was not made lightly, and I sincerely appreciate the experiences and opportunities I have had during my time as a member,” he added.
