Former Senate President Adolphus Wabara has led a pack of party leaders to the PDP National Headquarters in Abuja for a Board of Trustees (BoT) meeting.
Joining Wabara, who currently serves as the Acting BoT Chairman, are former Kaduna State Governor Ahmed Makarfi, ex-Osun State Governor Olagunsoye Oyinlola, and former Minister Kabiru Turaki.
Other notable figures spotted at the PDP headquarters included former Deputy National Chairman Shuaibu Oyedokun and former Jigawa State Governor Sule Lamido.
The agenda of this meeting is currently unknown.
The meeting comes just after the PDP Governors Forum, led by Bauchi State Governor Bala Mohammed, urged the National Working Committee (NWC) to expedite the scheduling of crucial party meetings. Their call aimed to activate various party organs, starting with the Caucus and culminating in the National Executive Council (NEC) meeting.
