Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has sent a list of six commissioner nominees to the Ondo State House of Assembly for approval.
The move comes just a day after he hinted at the possible return of some former cabinet members.
The nominees include Omowumi Isaac, Olukayode A. Ajulo, Razaq Obe, Emmanuel Igbassan, Akinwumi Sowore, and Oseni Oyeniyi. Notably, Messrs. Obe, Igbasan, Sowore, and Falana were all part of the previous State Executive Council (SEC) dissolved by Governor Aiyedatiwa on January 24th.
In addition to the commissioner nominees, Governor Aiyedatiwa also announced the appointment of three special advisers: Olugbenga Omole (Information & Strategy), Olamide Falana (Gender Affairs), and Alabi Johnson (Energy).
