Members of the Plateau State House of Assembly visited the newly appointed National Chairman of the Nentawe Yilwatda.
The lawmakers visited the party’s national chairman at the APC National Secretariat in Abuja on Tuesday, July 29.
Led by the Speaker of the House of Assembly, Naanlong Gapyil Daniel, the lawmakers expressed their support for Yilwatda.
In addition, the supporters of the APC visited Yilwatda at the party’s national secretariat.
In what appears to be a welcome rally, the jubilant supporters led by a party stalwart Martin Daniel said they were in full support of the new national chairman.
The rally was also attended by members of the National Working Committee.
In a post made in X, the ruling APC said, “The new APC National Chairman, Prof. Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, on Tuesday, received jubilant Party supporters in a grand welcome rally organised by party stalwart, Hon. Marlin Daniel at the Party’s National Secretariat.
“Other members of the National Working Committee were present,” the party said.
