President Bola Tinubu has reacted to the “heinous and brutal attacks” in Plateau State, where scores of lives were cut short in Bokkos and Barkin-Ladi Local Government Areas.
In a statement released by his Special Adviser, Chief Ajuri Ngelale, President Tinubu condemned the perpetrators of the attack, branding them “envoys of death, pain, and sorrow.” According to the president, they “will not escape justice.”
In a direct order to security agencies, the President demanded an immediate manhunt, urging them to “scour every stretch of the zone and apprehend the culprits.” He also directed the swift mobilisation of relief resources to aid the surviving victims of these “primitive and cruel attacks,” ensuring medical treatment for the wounded.
