
President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will embark on a two-day official visit to Katsina State beginning Friday, May 2, 2025.
According to a statement issued by the Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President’s visit will focus on security and development matters.
During his stay, President Tinubu is expected to engage with key stakeholders in the state to review the current security situation and explore further measures to enhance peace and stability in the region.
He will also commission two major projects completed by the administration of Governor Dikko Umar Radda—the Katsina Agricultural Mechanized Centre and a newly constructed 24-kilometre dual carriageway.
In addition to his official engagements, the President will attend the wedding ceremony of the governor’s daughter before returning to Abuja.
