Over seven people have lost their lives as men of the Oyo State Security Network, Amotekun clashed with some Fulani Herdsmen in Aiyete area, Ibarapa North LGA of the state.
POLITICS NIGERIA learned that the clash occurred in Okebi village on Saturday morning. Eyewitness reports indicate that several houses were also burned down.
“Alhaji Usman Okebi and his two sons were killed. We don’t know what caused the fight. Some persons were shot and injured.”
“The number of people killed has increased to seven. Those who were shot and ran away later died in the bush.” an eyewitness disclosed.
