Simon Ekpa, the self-acclaimed disciple of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu, on Monday announced a two-day sit-at-home in Southeast Nigeria.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Ekpa in an update posted on Twitter said the fresh sit-at-home is to ensure the release of Kanu.
“If Nnamdi Kanu is not released unconditionally from DSS dungeon and for medical attention for his failing heart by January 22, 2023, there will be sit-at-home in Biafraland on Monday January 23 and Tuesday January 24, 2023,” Ekpa’s statement reads.
Recall that last month, Ekpa’s five-day sit-at-home exercise turned bloody as locals were murdered by gunmen enforcing the order.
The Diaspora-based factional separatist leader and his supporters are insisting that there will be no election in southeast Nigeria in February and March.
According to them, “ending Nigeria” is a task that must be done by 2023.
Yeye man, u live in abroad and telling us to sit at home. Come to Nigeria and declare it so that we can take you serious. I pity people that you are using their senses. Ndi ara everywhere.
Was it not the same way Nnadi Kanu was ditching out his incivility to you and your unreasonable cohorts before he was caught like chicken.
